Closed Mortgage: A mortgage that cannot be prepaid or renegotiated before the end of the term without the lender's permission and an interest penalty.
封闭式按揭贷款：固定贷款期内不能提前还贷，否则会有利息罚款。
Closing Costs: the costs you will have to pay in addition to the purchase price of a home on the day you officially own the home. These costs include legal fees, land transfer fees and disbursements. They usually range from 1.5% to 4% of the purchase price.
房产过户成本：除去购房价格外，购房者需要支付的另外的费用。比如律师费、土地转让费以及杂费。一般金额为购房价格的1.5%-4%。
Closing or Completion Date: The date at which the sale of a property becomes final and the new owner takes possession of the home.
交房日期：新屋主拿到房屋钥匙并搬进房屋的日期。
Cloud on Title 产权上有争议
CMHC: Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. A Crown corporation that administers the National Housing Act for the federal government and encourages the improvement of housing and living conditions for all Canadians. CMHC also develops and sells mortgage loan insurance.
加拿大按揭与房屋公司：为联邦政府管理国家住房法案的公营公司，并致力于改善全加拿大人的住房和生活条件。CMHC也提供按揭贷款保险。当首付低于20%时，银行会要求贷款者购买CMHC的贷款保险。
Conditional Offer: An offer to purchase a home that includes one or more conditions that must be met before the sale is official (for example, getting a mortgage or home inspection).
带条件Offer：购买房屋时，在offer中加入一个或多个条件（比如贷款条件或验房条件），住宅房屋的条件一般为7-10天，商业贷款条件时间更长。

Counteroffer: If your original offer to the vendor is not accepted, the vendor may counteroffer. A counteroffer usually changes something from your original offer, such as the price or closing date.
Counteroffer: 如果卖家没有接受你的第一个offer，卖家可能会返回来一个counteroffer，一般会在你的offer的基础上修改一些条款，比如价格或交房日期。
Credit Report: A report of your credit history/activity collected by credit reporting agencies. Mortgage lenders use this report to determine your creditworthiness for getting a mortgage.
信用报告：信用报告机构根据你的信用历史给出的报告。贷款银行会核查你的信用报告以确定信用分数是否达标。
Curb Appeal: How attractive a home looks from the street. A home with good curb appeal will have attractive landscaping and a well-maintained exterior.
外观吸引力：待售房屋的外观从街边看起来是否具有吸引力。外观吸引力好的房屋一般具有迷人的庭院景观和养护良好的房屋外观。
